running form analysis
Working on your running form is the single most effective way to develop as a runner:

-
Become less injury prone by identifying imbalances in your stride
-
Run for longer by developing more efficient technique; covering more ground while using less energy
-
Get faster by optimising your running form

Why should you get your running form analysed?
Every runner has unique biomechanics and running style, so following generic running form tips isn't the best way to get results, and can even lead to injuries. But getting a one-to-one analysis means that we can make changes that are tailored specifically to you.
This is also different to the gait assessment you may get in a shoe shop. Rather than looking just at your foot-strike, we'll do a head-to-toe analysis using a video-capture system that accurately measures every joint angle and movement from multiple directions.
