Every athlete is unique, and their coaching plan should be, too. Whether your goal is to run more consistently, to nail a marathon PB, or to come back from injury, I will build you a bespoke plan.

As your coach, I'll be there to provide feedback on every session, if you need it. We'll also have a weekly catchup call to discuss progress.

Every plan includes work on strength and conditioning and running form, helping to develop more efficient running technique and reducing injury risk.

Marathon preparation
Depending on your level of experience, goals, and how much time you want to commit, marathon training blocks can last from 16 to 24 weeks, based around an 8-week mesocycle. Contact me to discuss your requirements. Marathon plans also include:
